GUIDING ARCHITECTS

The members are independent companies, all of which offer professional tours in the region or city where they are based. During the tours, current architectural developments, urban contexts, social and political backgrounds and many other issues are presented in an enjoyable and informative way. You get to see the most interesting modern architecture, visit important buildings and experience exciting city districts – all accompanied by an expert guide.

What distinguishes the members of guiding architects from other tour organizations, is the high quality of the tours we offer. The programs are organized by our local member companies. Being based in the countries where they organize the tours, they have excellent connections to the local architectural scene and can recommend the best places and projects to visit.

Another important feature of guiding architects is that all our guides have a professional background in architecture. They have extensive knowledge of the building culture in their country, from the construction process to planning politics. And what’s more, they’re excellent communicators, share the participants’ interests and enthusiasm and give you first-hand experience of the architecture of your destination.
